Question: How to Avoid Emails Going to Junk Folder
Answer:

Don't miss a single email!

Due to the growing problem of unsolicited and unwanted
commercial emails, many web mail services (i.e. Yahoo, Hotmail,
etc.) and email applications (i.e. Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird,
etc.) have taken measures to automatically filter bulk emails.
Unfortunately, these filters end up blocking many newsletters
and legitimate emails in addition to spam. Our emails  are not
immune, and so these filters may incorrectly block our mailings,
preventing them from ever reaching your inbox.

We recommend that you take the simple steps outlined below.

Whitelist Instructions

A whitelist is a list of email addresses that you want to receive
email from. By adding an address to your whitelist, you are
telling the email system not to filter email from that address.

Question: I already have FF 3.6.10 - how do I uninstall it?
Answer: You can remove Firefox 3.6 through the Control Panel in the Start Menu on Windows, by removing the Firefox application on OS X, or by removing the Firefox folder on Linux.

By default, removing Firefox 3.6 won’t remove your bookmarks, web browsing history, extensions or other add-ons. This data is stored in your profile folder, which can be found by going to the Help menu and selecting Troubleshooting Information.... The button next to the Profile Directory line in Application Basics will open your profile directory in your system's file explorer.

Please note that if you keep your profile, any version of Firefox that you install after removing Firefox 3.6 will continue to use the bookmarks, web browsing history, add-ons, and other data from this profile folder.
